I can't believe some of the negative things written, honestly. My coworkers and I went out last night, had Alexis our waitress, she was awesome, the service was awesome! Over tip our wait staff! Y'all got them stimis, let's help out our home town restaurants before we lose them! Go out to eat, be patient, be humble. If you think service is slow, you are welcome to fill out an app!

My family & I cannot find a better word to describe Jennifer! She was an amazing waiter & bartender. She made our visit at the Richardson location memorable. Her qualities to mention a few included, being quick & accurate, but ultimately she provided great personal customer service. My family and I decided to visit there after burying our loved one. She brought a smile to every member of my family's face who attended. She will forever be remembered & appreciated for her good deed. Thank you Jennifer We love you. Signed the 4 from Louisiana

Great food great service. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Went early not very busy. Manager came by to check on us. Definitely looking forward to going again.

We had ordered three meals and a Cactus Blossom for dinner two of them were fantastic, as usual. The third meal, which comprised a filet mignon was supposed to be medium rare was well done and then some and in that same meal, we found hair in the corn. GAG! The Cactus Blossom well you decide (see photo). This was the Colonial Heights, VA Texas Roadhouse, which has always been good. Not sure what happened this day.

Wasn't happy with my on-line converted to phone order experience. I let them know. Order was verified at pickup- everything was there and food. Was very good!

My family and I just had dinner, great steak. Jiovanny our waiter was so nice, he had great social skills and was very polite. He made sure we had everything we needed and a smile the entire time.(you could tell we was smiling with his eyes.)Before we left my husband told him we will definitely be returning and make sure we sit at his table.

$2.00 tip was taken out of my gift card without my permission on a pickup order. I was going to leave the balance of card as a tip until I saw what they did without my permission. Tried to contact manager to credit my $2.00 back but unable to get him. Refusing to eat their again until my money is returned.

We waited about 40 minutes, but worth the wait. Our waiter Chris Morris was very nice, new his cuts of meat. Was very attentive to his customers needs. It was good to have someone who liked their job and seemed to enjoy what they were doing.

I ordered dinner for my family that was Ok but not great. I ordered lil'dillo steak bites from the kids menu for my son. It was the worst kids menu. The little pieces of meat looks like the left overs from burned steaks the meat was dry and I think chew a cardboard is easier than those pieces of meat. What they offer meat bites I they are going to serve that quality?
